HVAC Apprentice Job at Abaco Air Experts Inc.
We are a small family owned HVAC business here in Jax. We are looking to hire new people to join our team and grow with us. We have a friendly environment here at Abaco and we're located in a convenient lociaton. We are flexable with hours and offer 1 week paid vacation. We are looking to hire a helper that is willing to learn and is capable of working with other people and has good customer interaction skills. We don't want this to be just another job for you, we want to make this a career that you'll enjoy and feel confortable with. Our technicians do all around work from servicing, installation, maintenance, duct work, etc. There's always new jobs to do and new things to learn. Listed are some of the tasks that would be part of the job.
The following tasks are organized by importance in decending order:
- Help with service (diagnostics, repairs, parts replacement, ect.)
- Help with installations (installing split systems, package units, rooftop units)
- Help with maintenance (Fall/Spring PMs, Commercial filter changes, etc.)
- Need to learn invoicing and customer interaction
- Parts ordering/parts ordering
- Help with warehouse organizing, set up new HVAC units
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
