Pay: $50,000 - $65,000. Depends on talent and experience.

Job Summary:
Responsible for the coordination of the depot’s on-site activities, managing receipt, stocking, and shipping of products; staging and delivering customer orders; and all purchasing transactions with Trane and local vendors. You will also be responsible for managing facility and equipment maintenance. You will perform various administrative duties as required.

Under direction from Team Leader, provides support on assigned projects to ensure customer satisfaction including delivering parts to customer’s sites.

May be required to use a variety of small hand tools to repair warehouse equipment or vehicles.

Maintains stock of inventory, company equipment and vehicles including shipping and receiving.

Maintains and organizes shop/warehouse and ensures MSDS compliance with all chemicals stored in shop/warehouse (keep records of chemicals that need pickup for waste disposal).

Required to log and track large tools and equipment to and from job site using tool tracking system, and log any repairs made to the equipment.

Responsible for work order scheduling.

Assists with customer quotes and billing.

Operates forklift as necessary.

Continually enforces safety to the highest standards and maintains security and accountability of company issued and procured assets by recording use, wear and conditions.

Displays team effort and dedication to customer by maintaining flexibility to work overtime and weeks as the business requires, including occasional overnight stays with travel up to but not limited to 30%.
Qualifications:
-
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Experience in logistics or warehouse operations is preferred.

Operating knowledge of Microsoft office software and working proficiency with hand held computer (i.e. Smartphone, iPad).

Must possess a valid driver’s license (Class A CDL is a plus) for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations including, but not limited to:

DUI in the previous 5 years
-
Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless / Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.

EPA Certification Preferred.

This position requires working in diverse conditions including but not limited to mechanical equipment rooms with exposure to noisy operating equipment, exposure to extreme weather conditions, precarious places, and risk of electrical shock (high voltage).

This position is highly physical and requires regular use of hands, fingers, walking, stooping, and kneeling. It requires employees to regularly lift and or move up to 10 lbs, frequently lift and or move up to 40 lbs and occasionally lift and or move more than 40 lbs.
