HVAC Service Manager Job at Daigle Oil Company
Daigle Oil Company is seeking a motivated individual to oversee the daily operations of our service department in our Houlton division. This individual will be responsible for coordinating and managing the workflow in a busy HVAC department, providing leadership and support to our Service Technicians. Responsibilities include the oversight of all service department operations, including installation and repair of heating, propane and ac equipment, as well as system estimates and design work. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with good communication and leadership skills, integrity and commitment to work. A business degree or relevant experience in the HVAC field is preferred. We offer competitive wages and benefits. Pay depends on experience. EOE
