Candidate will be providing HVAC service and installations while maintaining excellent customer service.

Responsibilities will include:

• Diagnostic, repair and installation of mechanical equipment in both residential and commercial settings
• Job documentation through field software
• Collaborate with co-workers for proper system flow from start to finish of a job
• Maintain a clean and organized service van and jobsite
• Estimating of replacement or new installations of furnaces and air conditioning systems
• On-Call rotation (with premium pay)
• Participation in training classes both in-house and industry held
• Attendance of staff meetings

Prerequisites:

• EPA certification
• Minimum of 3 years HVAC experience
• Ability to pass criminal and driving background check

Job Duties/Experience:

• Brazing techniques utilizing an oxygen/acetylene torch
• Ability to read and interpret diagrams and schematics
• Thorough and precise completion of manufacturer's start-up instructions
• Strong customer service skills
• Good work ethic
• Teamwork mentality
• Ability to climb in attics, crawlspaces and on ladders
• Able to lift 75 lbs
• Efficient and organized

Preferred experience and or certifications:

• Mitsubishi experience
• NATE certification
• Controls
• Boiler service knowledge
