- Troubleshooting, repairing, Maintenance of all HVAC Residential and Commerical Systems A MUST
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Perform maintenance on gas furnaces, gas water and steam boilers and central air conditioning systems, water heaters, etc. in the manner set forth by AMS.
- Strong listening, problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to perform Preventative Maintenance, Diagnosis and Repair of these systems.
- Ability to create relationships with clients and provide them remarkable service.
- Ability to excel within a team environment and willingness to help in all areas of the business.
- Assisting with the installation of HVAC systems on commercial and residential properties.
- Completing preventative maintenance on HVAC systems and the associated equipment.
Qualifications:
- MUST have Minimum 10-15 Years' experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and their inner workings.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
