At NTT Data, we are invested in your success. Selected candidates will undergo an in-depth 7-8 weeks of training which will prepare them to be able to successfully execute the role.

In this position, candidates will be responsible for providing frontline support for members. Inquiries could include questions about current insurance coverage, previous insurance coverage, doctors in their programs, co-pays, and claims questions. Roles on our contact center are FAST paced and we need dynamic, talented, multitaskers who can help us continue to provide top level service.

Who you are:
- You are a detail-oriented individual that takes pride at work and delivering to a customer,
- You can navigate a computer proficiently. You understand and have worked in different systems, understand email and Microsoft office products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). Things like attaching files to emails, data entry, and managing multiple login experience is not intimidating.
- You have typing skills and can quickly type while in a discussion on the phone
- You are comfortable on the phone and the idea of taking 30 - 40+ inbound calls per day sounds exciting to you!

Position's General Duties and Tasks:

  • This is a fast-paced environment, navigating multiple systems and multitasking while taking 30-40 inbound calls per day from members and potential members
  • Verifying proper completion of enrollment and change documentation.
  • High attention to detail
  • Identifying and resolving both regular and non-routine problems or escalate to more proficient team members
  • Adhering to attendance, professional conduct and member confidentiality policies and guidelines
  • Accepting and implementing coaching and feedback to achieve individual and team performance goals

Requirements for this role include:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 8:00 pm EST and possibly Saturday and Sunday 8:00 AM to 12:00 EST (based on business need)
  • Ability to work remote with a stable internet connection from a noise Free/Distraction Free Workspace
  • Ability to work in a hybrid situation – onsite from our office in Providence, RI or remote, as needed.
  • 100 % Attendance required during Onsite training period, Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00 pm EST
  • Must be from RI or abutting towns
  • 12+ months of experience in a customer service role where you had to correspond in writing or over the phone with customers
  • 12+ months of experience in a customer service role where you had to apply business rules to varying fact situations and make appropriate decisions
  • Prior experience working from home.
  • 12+ months of experience using a computer with Windows PC applications that required you to use a keyboard, navigate screens, leverage internet search engines, and other web based applications. Microsoft Office suite that required daily usage of Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Ability to type 40 WPM
  • This role requires employees to be fully vaccinated for COVID 19.

This position has great access to public transportation, with a RIPTA bus stops at the building.

*** The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, you may have to do overtime (paid) and work on weekends based on business requirements.
*** All new hires will be required to successfully complete our Orientation/Process training classes and demonstrate proficiency of the material
***Possibility of temp to perm conversion based on job performance
