At Marble Slab Creamery , Ice Cream scooper/team member creates fun beautiful delicious cakes and scoop ice cream for customers. We make fresh ice cream locally in the store. This position is responsible for creating and maintaining our high standard products based off company specifications as well wide range of tasks including preparing ingredients, baking, taking cake order and ringing up customers.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day-to-day operation includes Mixing ice cream on the slab, Making shakes and sundaes, Serving Ice creams, cleaning duties, etc in a fast-paced environment. The job requires English communication, Ability to multi-task.
- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Explain menu items to customers
- Monitor inventory to ensure products are in stock
- Enter and process customer orders at the register
- Resolve customer complaints
- Craft delicious, eye-appealing ice cream for our guests
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in Sales, Customer Service, Server, Kitchen, or Bakery is beneficial, but not required.
- Ability to build rapport with customers.
