Ice Cream Shoppe Crew Member Job at Keylime Bistro Boca Grande
Keylime Bistro Boca Grande is a new restaurant that has recently opened in Boca Grande, FL at the Historical Train Depot! This will mark the second Keylime Bistro of many to come.
We are looking for a crew member to work our Loose Caboose Ice Cream Shoppe. Your position entails making ice cream from scratch, serving ice cream and specialty coffees.
In this role, you will have an opportunity to learn how to make ice cream from scratch, you will also have opportunities to create your own flavors! If you enjoy a positive work environment where we have fun and promote growth, this is the place for you!
Responsibilities:
- Create Ice Cream from Scratch
- Serve Ice Cream and Specialty Coffees to customers
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Manage ice cream inventory and ensure new line-up of flavors are made
- Manage cash
- Open/Close Ice Cream Shoppe
- Ensure everyone is leaving with a smile on their face!
Requirements:
- Barista knowledge is a plus!
- Prior experience in a ice cream shop is a plus!
- Ability to handle cash accurately
- Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
- Ability to work in a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong Work Ethic
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to lift 25lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent
