Immigration Paralegal Job at Goldblum Pollins & Dennis

Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: drafting immigration-related forms and supporting materials for submission to federal agencies; managing critical deadlines across a high volume of cases; communicating with clients, government agencies/officials, and vendors to collect and assemble information; maintaining electronic and physical case files; and administrative tasks, including billing.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with well-developed critical writing and technical proofreading skills; have the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively under deadlines; have excellent communication skills (both written and oral); and work well as part of a team environment as well as individually.

Bachelor’s degree required; must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, and have the ability to learn case management software. Experience is preferred. Salary commensurate with experience and current skill set.
