About the role
We are looking for a full-time Implementation Consultant! In this role you will be highly engaged at all levels (Executive, Clinical, Operations, Finance/Billing) to implement world class RPM program. In this role, you will leverage your clinical background to get a deep understanding of our newest customers current clinical processes and develop an effective RPM program strategy for each customer. You will manage and execute the implementation plan ensuring proper training is completed, processes are developed, and education across roles completed to manage an effective RPM program. You will monitor program performance once launched and proactively engage to ensure our customers expectations are exceeded. You will work with our customers both remotely and on-site and be interacting with our customers on a daily basis.
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide consultation on establishing a successful RPM program appropriate to our customers goals.
- Support our sales team through the pre-sales process to speak to our platform and RPM program requirements.
- Become a subject matter expert in both RPM program best practices and usage of our platform by all stakeholders
- Lead implementation projects as the primary point of contact for our customers.
- Build an execute project plans through our project management tool (Asana).
- Identify project risks early and proactively create contingency plans to best keep projects on track.
- Work collaboratively with all Optimize internal stakeholders as required to transition and manage our customers.
- Lead key implementation events such as software training, provider education, and go-live support. These will be both remote and on-site as required.
- Partner with clinical teams to author clinical processes for vital monitoring, patient engagement, and required escalation processes.
What we are looking for:
- RN license required, Compact preferred.
- Experience implementing clinical tools/programs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
