The Implementation Manager will support the Strategy and Business Development Team, and will act as the main point of contact for new client accounts, ensuring their successful implementation, retention, and growth. This associate will leverage communication, analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills to help support the ongoing success of our products.

Responsibilities

• Manages new technology implementations with clients, including demos, account creation, and training to ensure they are proficient and aware of all Propio products.
• Partners with clients by listening to their needs, developing a working knowledge of their goals, understanding their technical challenges and configurations to deliver an outstanding experience.
• Continuously researches market and industry trends to bring innovation and industry best practices to the Strategy and Business Development Team.
• Collaborates, communicates, and leads dialog with key clients and operates as the primary contact for all technical matters related to assigned projects during implementation period.
• Manages and communicates the status of project timelines to associates, clients, ensures all parties understand at-risk items, and proposes solutions when roadblocks to implementation occur.
• Work’s cross-functionally across departments within Propio to define and implement Propio deliverables.
• Proactively identifies opportunities for enhancements and efficiencies to improve both processes and tools.
• Ensures the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
• Mentor’s other associates on Propio and industry best practices with small and large-scale client implementation projects.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in application Implementation
• Ability to pro-actively solve problems and find solutions
• Experience working in a client facing role with clients of varying sizes and industries
• Experience serving as primary technical contact/expert during implementations
• Intermediate level experience in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Preferred consulting experience
