Applicant must be exceptionally organized, proficient in M.S. Word and Excel, well spoken and have the ability to communicate well in both English and Korean or Mandarin

Position Summary:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the coordination of Sea/Air Import shipments such as, opening import files, providing updates to clients on ETAs, assisting and advising customers of container arrival, issuing D/Os, processing invoices (including price conversions and verifying shipment weight and volume), maintaining updates excel charts on delivery statuses and responding to e-mail inquiries from overseas. Accurate data entry and efficient time management are key.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
