What you need:

• CNA or HHA
• TB screening (skin test, blood test, or chest x-ray)
• A driver's license, vehicle, and insurance in your name
• Pass a drug screening and criminal background check
• Covid vaccination
• At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred

Pay rates:

• Weekdays, single 1:1 shift of 5hrs or more = $18.25/hr
• Weekends, single 1:1 shift of 5hrs or more = $20.00/hr
• Weekdays, single 1:1 shift of 4hrs or less = $20.00/hr
• Weekends, single 1:1 shift of 4hrs or less = $21.00/hr
• Weekdays, staffing = $22.00/hr
• Weekends, staffing = $23.00/hr
