Homecare Worker Job Duties

Our Homecare Workers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):

• Light household chores
• Meal Preparation
• Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
• Assisting clients with essential shopping and to appointments
• Required monitoring and reporting (You are a mandatory Reporter.)
• You will become familiar and educated with Washington State laws and RCWs about HIPAA / CPS / APS which you can take with you in all aspects of your life.
• Ability to lift up-to 50lbs unaided*

Hiring Process:

• Our hiring process simple- Apply online or in the office and our On-boarding specialist will connect with you. If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation. LUNCH is on us!
• If you do not have a current Grandfathered NAR, HCA, or CNA license, you will be required to enroll in our HCA training program we offer. We will be here and assist you along this journey.
• You will be able to complete the training while working.

o Requirements

• 18 years+ / Highschool Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to pass state and Federal background checks / Fingerprints.
• Ability to complete and pass State Required Training through the Department of Health.

Pay: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour
