The Gary Mercer Group at Keller Williams Real Estate is excited to announce an opening on our team for an inside sales agent/appointment setter.
Applicants must be aggressive, highly disciplined, and people-oriented. We need an enthusiastic, self- starting person with a passion for selling. This person is responsible for converting a massive amount of leads into appointments through personalized follow-up. They will be held to the highest level of integrity and will be expected to work with a sense of urgency and a high standard of excellence. The Inbound Sales Agent’s activities directly affect the bottom line, and as such they must be deeply committed to the team achieving greater levels of success, as well as to growing their own skills and developing into a leader within the team.
Essential Job Functions:
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries and outbound cold calling to convert leads to appointments
- Manage cultivation of inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments
- Maintain rigorous prospecting for new business opportunities through outbound calling to FSBOs, Expired and Withdrawn Listings, Past Clients, Open House visitors, Just Listed/Just Solds, etc.
- Upload all contacts into CRM and set them on contact plans.
- Qualify leads to accurately convey motivation, competition, and financial specifics to real estate agent.
- Set appointments in agent’s calendar; text& email warm introduction to agent and customer.
- Database management to ensure processes run smoothly and there is rigorous lead follow-up, recording of follow up notes required.
- Accurately track and report productivity, conversion rate and sales metric
- Understand and internalize evolving real estate trends in local market
- Understand and adhere to local, state and federal laws regarding real estate brokerage services
- Achieve productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets

Compensation : $24000 + expected commissions of $50,000+
