Our goal is to help our clients save money by comparing quotes with all the top rated carriers and tailor a plan to fit their needs. Our live agents are based out of our Texas Headquarters and are tasked with answering our client’s questions and to help them get the best insurance plan tailored to them. Looking for self-motivated sales staff with a growth mindset and the hunger to take initiative for insurance sales with high potential earnings and fast paced advancement. 85 percent inbound calls with outbound calls from warm lead generated lists. Competitive 50k base pay plus commission with no cap on earnings. We believe in taking care of our employees with great bonus structures and incentives for employees that demonstrate high motor and efficiency. American select partners gives employees the tools to succeed by providing education in insurance regulations and helps our team get licensed by the Texas Insurance Board. Sales experience preferred but we are really looking for the highly motivated team members that are willing to put in the effort to be great.

  • Base pay of 50k plus commission with ability to make 70k plus annually almost immediately and ASP has many employees making over 100k annually

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
