JOB TITLE: Builder / Individual Sales
EMPLOYER: Renner Garage Door
DEPARTMENT: Sales Builder / Individual
REPORTS TO: Branch Manager / Assistant manager
SUMMARY:
Sales are a vital part of Renner Garage Doors success. This position is responsible for maintaining and growing our market share in the new home building and remodel sector in a specified area.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains and manages all existing accounts and customers with care
- Regularly pursues and acquire new accounts and customers by; cold calling, mailers and/or other means of marketing
- Regularly performs job site checks including but not limited to; measuring garage openings, headroom, beam placements, curb walls and workable space requirement’s
- Regularly provides customers with updated pricing, material changes and any necessary information
- Provide accurate pricing and quotes to customers as needed
- Evaluate accounts and customers aging reports and takes necessary actions to insure Renner is being paid in a timely fashion
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
- Write work orders and service orders
- Checks Referral Log Daily
- Perform any other task Management might need.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- No prior experience or training required
- Reliable and clean automobile
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Computer skills required: Basic computer skills, capable of learning builder software and PO systems
