Location: Eddyville, Iowa

Salary: up to $72,800.00 (depending on experience)

Hours: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 am until 4:30 pm (Average 42 – 46 hrs per wk) On call for urgent matters, half day on Friday, every 5-6 weeks (Rotational)

Title: Industrial Maintenance Supervisor

​DUTIES INCLUDE, NOT LIMITED TO:

• Work in a team oriented and safety conscious environment
• Formulate and perform mechanical maintenance procedures and provide work order feedback on discrepancies noted in service delivery
• Operate and have knowledge of simple and complex heavy industrial equipment (flash dryers, grind mills, conveyors, piping, alignments, bearings, corn milling type equipment, kiln dryers, belts, seals, heat exchangers, motors (from small to very large), power transmissions, and other power driven rotating equipment.
• Ensure that tools, equipment, and software are current with latest technologies and in good condition
• Assist in performing incoming pre-use equipment checks to identify quality status of equipment prior to installation within the plant
• Locate exceptions and document them in a report according to set standards

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be proficient in use of computer software (Microsoft Office, etc...)
• Must have strong mechanical knowledge; must have strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Must have working knowledge of the following topics: industrial mechanical applications / machinery,
• Must maintain positive customer and employee relations.
• Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug screen
• Background check and drug screen reqired
