Blue Rose is seeking an Informatica Administrator to support our work with a federal client in Washington D.C. This is a Remote role and is open to U.S. Citizens ONLY.

Successful candidates will be required to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

In this role you will:

• Be responsible for administering the Informatica MDM and IDQ platform environment (“The Platform”)
• Be involved in the management and administration of all components in the Platform across production and Sandbox/Development environments

• Work closely with the Technical Architect and other project personnel during the Architect, Build, and Deploy phases to plan, configure, support, and maintain the desired Platform configuration
• Be responsible for the security configuration, licensing, and the physical installation and location of the services and nodes/secure agents that compose the platform deployment
• Be responsible for the organization or project structure, this may be a singular resource or simply responsibilities shared with a pre-existing role
• Manage the Platform components related to configuration, security and connectivity
• Develop Disaster recovery and failover strategies for the Platform environment where applicable

• Create new services and nodes/secure agents as needed
• Manage user and user group access to the Platform components, connections to external applications and databases, connection security and privileges
• Monitor environment as required
• Responsible for automating Administrative tasks
• Work with Informatica vendor support and centralizes support tickets for mission critical customers

• Test and implements new technical solutions
• Deploy approved Platform software upgrades
• Deploy into Production approved integration feature requests developed by the Data Enablement team
• Assist on capacity planning as required

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidates must have:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in JBoss Application Server
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Data Management and Integration
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Informatica MDM and IDQ administration
• Experience in supporting data management environments

• Experience in developing and supporting data integration real-time and batch processes
• Solid understanding of relational database models and dimensional data models
• Understanding of corporate IT security policies
• Understanding of applicable data governance policies (as it relates to providing access to data connections and services within the platform)
• Understanding and experience with JBOSS

• Understanding and experience with Red Hat Linux version 7+

Salary: $125,000 - $130,000
