Information System Manager Job at TWIN MANAGEMENT LLC
We are actively seeking an efficient, knowledgeable and hardworking Information Systems Manager to join our team!
This position is responsible for supporting network databases and systems, updating system hardware and software, troubleshooting for system errors and assisting team members in supporting all data security and optimization.
Responsibilities
- Travel is required for this position
- Management of information services support of various restaurant locations, support center and other companies under our umbrella
- Manage, maintain and support all software/hardware installation
- Daily resolution of hardware, software and system issues
- Manage all software licensing
- Manage restaurant Point of Sale and computer systems
- Provide support for in-store Profit and Loss statements
- Provide after hours on call support
- Data gathering and automation
- Communications management
- Setup and support of all phone systems
- E-mail (Exchange) administration and support
- Broadband administration
- PCI Compliance
- Maintain in-house servers
- Provide training of information services software
- Ensure that IT security audits are conducted periodically or as needed
- Help design, implement and maintain the organization’s cyber-security plan
- Monitor the organization’s networks for security breaches and investigate violations when they occur
- Consciously create a workplace culture that is consistent with the overall organization and that emphasizes the identified vision, guiding principles and values of the organization
- Performs other duties as assigned

Skills/Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- CompTIA Network+ Certification
- CompTIA Security+ is a plus
- College degree in a related field is a plus
- 2+ years related experience
- Hospitality experience a plus
- Knowledge of Positouch/Point Of Sale systems is a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Ambitious and enthusiastic attitude
- Highly organized individual with great time management skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication, problem solving, critical thinking, attentive to detail, and presentation skills
- Ability to travel occasionally
