We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our ELITE TEAM of sales professionals. This is a perfect opportunity for a motivated, charismatic go-getter who is fueled by goals, connecting with others, and sales! You will be reaching out to clients, scheduling new sales appointments, following up with clients, and building solar proposals! The ideal candidate is self-driven, highly motivated, and ready to hit the ground running!

Requirements

  • Message, Email, Call/Text Clients to schedule new sales appointments.
  • Follow up with appointments that have been completed and contracts signed to get any/all info needed for clean deal submission
  • Active/Proactive calling/follow up
  • Build/design solar proposals (if no prior experience we will gladly teach you)


Skills:

  • Excellent written/verbal skills
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Dedicated/focussed work ethic
  • Prior experience in the solar, mortgage, insurance, home improvement industry preferred


Qualifications:

  • CSLB License (or application pending)
  • Proven track record of field sales experience and success
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to excellence
  • Highly organized individual
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Comfort and confidence with computer hardware and software technologies utilized by salespeople to make and close the sale, including but not limited to: laptop, cell phone, CRM experience
