Inside Sales Representative
Location: Charlotte, NC
Base Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 DOE (1st year OTE $90k -$189k)

Inside Sales Representative Description
Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for an experienced and motivated Inside Sales Representative to add to their growing team in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for building upon and closing new business from incoming sales leads primarily over the phone. In addition, you will collaborate closely with Marketing and Product colleagues to ensure all customer deliverables are met. The ideal candidate has a background in sales and is eager to hit the ground running. If you are inspired by technology, enjoy working with others, have strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently and take initiative, you could be a great fit for the team. Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound sales leads via the phone
- Develop and close new inbound business
- Follow up on leads, quotes, and pending purchase orders
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of services and value proposition
- Partner with product management team and sales engineers
- Help identify solutions for prospects
- Ensure customer needs are defined accurately
- Connect with decision makers via the phone and occasionally face-to-face
- Conduct sales presentations
- Attend trade shows and other educational meetings (~1x/quarter)
Inside Sales Representative Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience required
- Basic knowledge of Outlook, Excel and PPT required
- Ability and willingness to travel occasionally (~1x/quarter)
