- Exceptionally skilled communicator; able to work effectively and collaboratively with internal and external clients; confident in explaining work to others.
- Superior organization skills; ensuring all internal tools are managed and updated
- Able to identify problems, synthesize information from multiple sources, and draw conclusions that will produce insights and answers to questions.
- Willingness to jump into the mix gathering information, problem-solving and learning.
- Demonstrates confidence while delivering presentation materials to audiences (virtual and in-person)
- Demonstrated ability to perform successfully in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
- Project management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, communications, technology or related field.
