Inside Supply Specialist I Job at Mesa Natural Gas Solutions
The Supply Specialist I is responsible for monitoring the adequacy of equipment and supplies. Supply Specialists manage order requests, verify shipment details, and perform data entry tasks such as updating the database for incoming and outgoing supplies. Ensure execution of all standard planning processes and lead the company in achieving the highest level of product availability by continually improving the quality and timeliness of capacity reliability, order confirmation, and providing efficient and effective solutions to customer requests.
Essential Duties:
- Coordinates items for shipment though timely order processing.
- Maintains accurate spreadsheets or databases - highlighting anomalies in terms of the requisition process.
- Standardize processes and implement routines within the current operating environment.
- Maintain all file systems for the section.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education:
Required:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred:
· None
Experience:
Required:
· 2+ years of inventory control or related experience.
Preferred:
· Honorably discharged service veterans.
Certifications, Licenses & Registrations:
· Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and a driving record satisfactory to the company and its insurers.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
