To continue to meet our customer’s mission critical needs, DDC is seeking an Inspector to join our respected and valued team.
Responsibilities:

  • Ensure implementation of Company safety, health and environmental programs for employees whose work is directed. Ensure that safe work practices are followed and the environment is fully protected in accordance with Company policy and governmental regulations.
  • Commitment to the Company’s policies, principles, and procedures and adheres to the Company’s procedures including Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S), Equal Employment Opportunity (“EEO”), discipline/corrective action, and security.
  • Work with magnifying lens’ and high power microscopes to carry out visual inspections of hybrid components
  • Check components against Engineering prints and specifications; complete inspection reports.
  • Review supplier documentation for acceptance and accuracy.
  • Validate all internal quality requirements have been met when carrying out inspection.
  • Maintain accurate records and other data as required
  • Works with QE and Engineering staff to clarify requirements when necessary
  • Approve or reject all items inspected. Identify reasons for rejects, write-up inspection reports as required and record test data.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years relevant work experience required.
  • Any combination of education, training and experience listed above that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
  • Due to U.S. Export Control laws, candidates must be US Citizens, Permanent Residents or Green Card Holders.
