- Working with your partner to lift, move, and install countertops, including natural stone, engineered stone, solid surface, laminate, and post form products
- Keeping company truck stocked with appropriate tools and supplies
- Checking jobs for accuracy before loading onto truck
- Verifying that no pieces are missing before leaving the shop, such as splashes, small tops, sinks, strainers, etc.
- Ensuring your customers receive a call every morning with an arrival window
- Installing/delivering countertops while maintaining cleanliness in the customers' home
- Keeping customers informed throughout installation, including explaining proper care and maintenance
- Using company provided tools such as saws, grinders, and polishers to make any necessary onsite adjustments to complete certain projects
- Performing quality review upon completion of installation
- Valid drivers license
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- Knowledge of hand tools
