Insurance Agency CSR - Customer Service Representative/Account Manager Job at WH Shaw Insurance Agency Inc
We are an established family owned and operated Independent Insurance Agency with over 125 years of serving our local community primarily, in Vermont. We are seeking an experienced, full time, CSR/Account Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience as an insurance CSR/Account Manager (either personal or commercial lines) and possess a valid insurance license.

Responsibilities Include:
- Customer service – Phone conversations regarding premiums and coverage.
- Promptly returning customer emails.
- Developing relationships with our existing customer base.
- New business and remarketing quotes.
- Solve issues and customer concerns.
- Review insurance programs and make recommendations.
- Process incoming mail.
- Additional duties as needed.
Skills/Requirements:
- A positive attitude, and highly professional.
- Previous insurance customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills with strong written and organizational skills
- Personal computer knowledge with familiarity of Microsoft and AMS 360.
- The ability to multitask with strong decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of property and casualty insurance products, or the willingness to learn.
- The ability to exceed customer expectations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
