What We're Looking For

As a Sales Leader at Brokers Central, you'll play a pivotal role in driving new business development, revenue generation, and leading a team of talented brokers. With our collaborative and supportive work environment, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact by expanding our client base and fostering a culture of success.

Responsibilities:

  • Hunt for new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and showcase the value of our insurance products and services.
  • Use your industry expertise to recruit top-notch brokers who share our passion for providing comprehensive insurance solutions.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Support and guide brokers, providing training, motivation, and the tools they need to succeed.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record as a sales leader, preferably within the insurance industry.
  • A solid understanding of insurance products, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and nurture relationships with clients and brokers.
  • Demonstrated success in attracting, recruiting, and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals.
  • 2-5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a background in scaling business operations.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 per year.
