Stark & Stark is seeking an Intake Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is self-directed and detailed-oriented with the ability to organize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a positive, upbeat person with a can-do attitude who both enjoys and excels at speaking on the telephone. The Intake Specialist must have a strong work ethic, a passion for helping others, and be a reliable team player.

In addition, the ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills to connect empathetically with people who are dealing with difficult circumstances. Responsibilities and Duties

Assignments may be short term or longer term and flexibility with responsibilities are a must. Floaters will be responsible for legal support duties including:

• This position will provide full support relating to incoming calls and web inquiries to the Intake Department. This includes monitoring, distributing, recording, tracking, and reporting on all calls.
• Additionally, this role is responsible for entering all intake data into the firm’s lead tracking system.

Qualifications

• At least one year of law firm, healthcare, customer service, call center or similar experience is required.
• Excellent telephone etiquette, the ideal candidate must project a positive customer service attitude, display effective communication skills, and be able to prioritize work.
• This position requires the ability to adapt to new software platforms.
• The individual should be well organized and able to see an assignment through to its end when given proper direction.
• A comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office is also REQUIRED.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Full-time, hybrid work schedule.
