Must have IPPS-A ERP Experience
- Review the IPPS-A Mapping Requirements that outline the mapping process used to meet the requirement in support of IPPS-A business processes quarterly to ensure compliance.
- Provide the IPPS-A User Permission Log Report with updates to the Government Lead for review and approval.
- Review the data verification process daily for existing personnel systems errors, document correction and provide to the Government review/approval.
- Provide onsite IPPS-A solution deployment support to various DoD agencies.
- Lead IPP-A deployment site visits, led executive briefings, conducted leadership training sessions.
- Provide IPPS-A deployment metrics to program leadership and client stakeholders across states and territories live on the IPPS-A program.
- Act as IPSS-A SME liaison between the project and other government agencies, respond to system questions, issues, and errors handling.
- Conduct process improvements workshops, develop and document the integration of between legacy systems and IPPS-A.
- Prepare and review training contents, end-user training artifacts and presentation developed specifically for the agency including instructor-led training and workshop, computer-based training courses and process improvements.
- Review IPPS-A processes and procedures quarterly and provide a Summary of Best Practices Report for Government review and approval.
- Review IPPS-A integration specifications and requirements document every six months to determine if there is a need for new ECPs.
- Manage risks through effective contingency plans and proper escalation.
- Perform fit/gap analysis to develop functional and technical specifications.
- Troubleshoots and resolves issues, provides reports and recommendations to management on an ongoing basis.
- Responds and troubleshoots end user issues escalated from the service desk and coordinate with SI to troubleshoot issues, change request, review releases and impact on customer operations.
- Provide other IPPS-A tasks and requirements as identified by the customer and PWS.
Basic Qualifications:
- Must be U.S. Citizen and holds Active Secret Clearance.
- Basic – Intermediate level of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to create publications such as white papers, one-pagers, and presentations on software overviews, user performances, and data-driven metrics.
- Comfortable in handling and managing large datasets information.
- Ability to work at the customer sites.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
