JOB TITLE: Integration Solutions Specialist
JOB DUTIES: Design solutions for Enterprise Integration Platform customers to meet data integration requirements for functionality, performance, and availability. Ensure the platform meets the needs of customers and stakeholders, both internal and external; improve and modify the platform as needed to meet changing needs and requirements. Assist in defining and maintaining a set of onboarding templates that meet recurring onboarding requirements. Serve as a subject matter expert on these models and the technologies that support the models within the ITAS community. Develop and execute robustness test plans to validate functionality, performance and resiliency. Support meets, cross-team communications, and problem solving with customers and internal/project stakeholder groups. Work with vendors and support teams to provide direction, and organize and prioritize issues, to ensure the platform operates at or above agreed service levels. Inform customers and platform stakeholders of planned and/or unplanned outages or service degradations. Coordinate planned outages around key business needs. Communicate with customers and ensure a structured deployment/change management plan to avoid any disruption to operations. Maintain all platform compliance, privacy, and audit requirements as per standards set by internal and external governance.
SALARY: $117,957 per year
WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, Mon – Fri 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information Technology, Information Systems, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered, as Fusion Middleware Analyst, or related position. Full term of experience must include each of the following: Designing and deploying integration solutions to solve business challenges; Delivering complex integration solutions in a global environment; Working in an iterative development model, such as Agile or Scrum; Translating customer needs into working integration solutions; Developing and testing solutions using Oracle Fusion Middleware SOA Suite and Oracle Service Bus; Developing and testing API-based integrations using tools including Postman or SoapUI; and, Developing solutions using Oracle B2B for EDI B2B transactions, including X12 or AS2. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
