Las Vegas Skin and Cancer Clinics is actively seeking a Integration Support Tech. This position of IT Integrations Support Technician position primarily provides IT integrations support for projects across all West DermDermatologylocations. Supports all Integration, De Novo, Expansion, and Relocation projects including acting as the primary IT support contact for installations and technical support. Will provide onsite support for West Derm and Platinum Dermatology clinics as required for projects or major issues.

Essential functions:

  • Provide Tier I/Tier 2 remote IT support to all employees in a SMB Medical Office regional practice that includes sites in AZ, CA, NV, & TX and regional support offices.
  • Troubleshoot issues, via remote access tools, provide solutions and confirm there are no outages or system alerts, and if so, initiate escalation protocols and contact appropriate IT staff.
  • Provide onsite IT support for integration projects and other IT issues at clinics across all West Derm locations as needed.
  • Using Monday.com and JIRA Help Desk , track integration project tasks and tickets for projects and issues.
  • Management and installation of enterprise applications such as Office365 and Teams, NextGen EHR, Nextech, and other applications required by onsite staff.
  • Active Directory Account Management including New Hire/Terminations, Password resets, Modify permissions, access control.
  • Responsible for procurement and imaging of IT equipment for integration projects and the occasional IT support ticket.
  • Responsible for maintaining inventory, troubleshooting issues, and occasionally repairing IT hardware needed for integrations and other IT onsite projects.
  • Perform Network and Ethernet management, punch downs, patch panel maintenance
  • Basic setup and troubleshooting of telephony systems and equipment including VoIP and PBX systems.
  • UpdateDocument, update and maintain integrations documentation.
  • CompletedCompleteHCSI Compliance training in Employee HIPAA Privacy and Security Training
  • Configure and install HP, Konica Minolta, Ambir, and other common printing and scanning devices as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in the Field of IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or otheranotherrelevant field.
  • 1-3 Years’ experience in IT Support, preferably in a Healthcare environment.
  • Certifications: CompTIA A+ or other relevant certifications.
  • Experience and/or professional training may compensate for above preferred qualifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
