Parking Concepts, Inc. has an opening for an Intercom/ Office Clerk position in Beverly Hills, CA.

- Pay rate: $20.00 hourly
Position Overview:
Efficient and professional operation of the intercom at the front Office including the remote control operation of all entrance and exit gates when a customer requires assistance.
Essential Job Functions:
- Prepare validation invoices as needed.
- Collect monthly payments from companies and Individuals.
- Update all access card information in coordination with the office of the building on a daily basis.
- Maintain the McGann and Paris system on a daily basis and generate various reports as required.
- File all access card information forms in the tenant binders
- Generate invoices for miscellaneous charges, such as admin-fees, replacement fees, and sign fees, parking violation/warning fees, late fees, additional and previous monthly parking charges.
- File all vehicle holdover forms and provide copies to security.
- Activate or delete access card information from the parking access card system as requested by the office of the building.
- Pick up daily mail from the management office.
- Prepare and reconcile revenue reports and deposits.
- Perform monthly audits such as:
- Pay station change fund, Audio books and ticket / validation inventory
- Create validations and maintain the validation log
- Perform other duties assigned by the facility manager from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Superb customer service skills a must.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, i.e. Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Use of calculator and general mathematical skills required.
- Parking experience preferred but not required.
