Internet Parts Associate Job at The Collectable Trader LLC
Great opportunity within the motorcycle business! We are looking for detail-oriented people for our internet parts team. We take in hundreds of motorcycles each month, and preparing them for sale results in a surplus of many used parts and accessories. This position’s task is to prepare, accurately describe, list, and ship used accessories to our customers all over the US.
Core Responsibilities:
- The cleaning and preparation of used parts/accessories to prepare them for packaging and sale
- Write descriptions that accurately state the condition of the part/accessory
- Research part specification and fitment
- Package and prepare parts/accessories for shipping
- Respond to customer inquires by phone, email, or text in a respectful and professional manner
- Assist customers in person
Successful Candidates will possess the following:
