The Inventory Analyst position will balance and track production movements through the use of SAP software. This position also performs cycle counts and production measurements to ensure KPIs are maintained.

Tracks product movements in order to maintain a balanced inventory

Determines aged/expired inventory and assign a disposition to rework and/or scrap product in respect with QA requirements

Tracks and reports on production efficiencies

Adjusts inventory as approved by Supply Chain Manager and /or Plant Controller

Manages the inventory of slow movers and SLED raw materials and provide recommendations on testing, sale, and/or scrapping of raw materials to local supply chain and sourcing teams

Creates and analyzes inventory reports that document inventory counts, discrepancies, and other statistical data; KPI reports for the site; Daily/Weekly/Monthly productions update recap reports

Provides SAP training for supervisors, operators and office associates

Committed to providing a safe food product

Cross trains and back up team members as needed

Maintains KPIs on inventory

High School Diploma or Equivalent required

Bachelor’s Degree preferred
-
4 years’ experience working in a supply chain environment

Working knowledge of SAP system preferred Microsoft Word/Excel /PowerPoint skills

Experience in Customer Relations
