The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for shipments to the field, receiving of all deliveries, inventory control, and maintenance of the nonconformance area.

Duties

Manage all shipping and receiving, securing inventory items in proper locations and proper loading/unloading of trucks.

Fill out receiving log to DWS Quality Management System standards.

Inform purchaser of inventory counts. Maintain all inventory at acceptable levels and direct purchase of items when necessary to the purchaser.

Ensure shop areas are kept clean and organized. Ensure storage of critical SRP meets OEM standard.

Adhere to all shop policies and procedures.

Work with Quality Manager to execute requirements of nonconformance procedure.

Other project as assigned by management.

Work Schedule: Typically Monday through Friday, morning or afternoon shifts, with rotational weekend days.

Education: High School degree

Experience: 3+ years in purchasing and inventory control related work history

Other Requirements: Must have a valid drivers license, meet minimum driving requirements for company insurance purposes and successfully pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen, and when applicable, a physical.
