Inventory Control-Day Shift Job at BLST Operating Company LLC
What you'll do:
- Maintain correct location labels on all pick-slot locations
- Maintain accuracy of inventory through cycle count and verifications processes
- Cycle count all pick-slot locations
- Research discrepancies of on-hand quantities with actual counts and make appropriate adjustments to the pick-slots.
What you’ll need:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to take direction
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work in a multifaceted environment
- Keypunch, basic typing for PC, computer, and RF unit experience
- Ability to work under pressure, tight timeframes, and be flexible as priorities change quickly
- Ability to cross train in all areas as needed
- Ability to work on Saturdays and overtime, if needed
- Intermediate reading and basic math skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Understand all product processes that impact inventory
- Ability to follow safety rules and procedures
- Verbal and written communication skills are essential
