Inventory Integrity Auditor Job at The Crosby Group

Be the “Guardian” of inventory integrity. “Good to Great” quality mindset catalyst. Self-motivated, results-driven, improvement engine. Work with Quality to investigate, identify, and implement solutions to eliminate inventory issues.

1. Simultaneously maximize employee satisfaction, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

2. Instill and continuously enhance an injury-free, safety first, quality, efficiency, no excuses, ownership mindset.

3. Aggressively drive a prevention mindset to build safety and quality into processes, products, and services.

4. Drive distribution related corrective actions to completion.

5. Review and disposition material as part of the Material Review Board (MRB)

6. Audit product quality and cycle count inventory

7. Inspect, accept, or reject incoming inventory

8. Inspect and disposition returned goods

9. Assist with Process Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (PFMEA) to identify and reduce risks in processes.

10. Work with improvement teams and team members to improve quality.

11. Drive down the Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ)

12. Understand, update, interpret, and take action based on quality reporting and metrics.

13. Drive and continuously improve ISO 9001 compliance.

14. Address quality concerns on shop floor 15. Continuously identify opportunities for improvement within the operation and implement solutions.

  • Critical Thinking — Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
  • Problem Solving (5 Why, DMAIC, etc.) Experience with Root Cause Analysis and Preventive Action preferred.
  • Ability to input, retrieve, and mine data, and turn it into actionable information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Forklift and other powered industrial vehicles (PIVs) experience preferred.

Office and warehouse conditions. Job demands may require long periods of sitting, telephone work, and/or computer work, as well as interaction with other people. Normal conditions include walking, standing, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs, lifting, driving, and/or traveling.
