Our Inventory Specialist's responsibility is to oversee the inventory in our warehouses or establishments. The Inventory Specialist will monitor the requisition, storage, and deliveries of supplies and merchandise to ensure the quality and quantity of the products. Moreover, the Inventory Specialist also has the responsibility to coordinate with warehouse personnel when issues arise, train newly hired staff to be a valuable part of the workforce, and provide inventory reports and records to the administration.

  • Manage stock displayed on our website.
  • Manage assigned commodities by communicating MRP changes to the sales reps, minimizing obsolete inventory while achieving the optimum inventory targets.
  • Strategize to balance demand and delivery schedules.
  • Pick and pack any shipments for the customer.
  • Price merchandise, stock shelves and take inventory of supplies utilizing bar codes and scanners.
  • Work with Warehouse management to ensure proper equipment count.
  • fast-paced work environment with constant movement including bending, stooping, climbing ladders, etc.
  • Use a forklift when needed to move large pallets, and delegate job duties to the warehouse team.
  • Must have a good memory, excellent math skills, and the ability to work quickly and accurately.
  • Travel Will Be Required
  • Other Duties as Assigned

Show initiative in the following areas:

  • Tasked with establishing system development priorities and responsible for the development of the overall organization/component logistics. Manage ERP module for sales and field support.
  • Use scanners to scan stock and download scanner information to the computer. Ensure Website Accuracy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
