IT Network and Systems Administrator

Job Summary: The IT Network and Systems Administrator is the individual primarily responsible for maintaining the IT network and systems infrastructure for all GR company locations and mobile field networks. Responsibilities range from troubleshooting and maintaining network assets, procuring network circuits, Microsoft 365, Azure, system administration and management of VoIP phone systems.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

• Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer networks, including firewalls, VPNs, routers, wireless access points, switches, security, server, Azure and Office 365.
• Implement preventative network and system security measures to secure network to latest industry threats.
• Implementation of network monitoring, reporting, and notifications systems.
• Source, upgrade, and decommission network circuits as required
• Management and monitoring of Cradlepoint field network
• Installation of Cradlepoint routers in Wireline trucks as required
• Provide support and management of VOIP phones
• Work with manage service providers on project deployments and support
• Maintain inventory of all IT network assets
• Maintain network documentation and diagrams
• Travel to field locations for support and projects as required
• Maintains up to date safety training record as required by the company
• Maintain and monitor all systems and security policies

Job Requirements

• Associates or Bachelor of Science in IT related discipline or minimum 4+ years equivalent experience working in IT Systems
• Fortinet NSE4 (preferred) or Cisco CCNA certification
• Experience using Fortinet network products such as FortiManager, FortiNac, FortiAuthenticator, and FortiAnalyzer
• Experience using Cradlepoint’s NetCloud Management platform a plus
• Understanding of VoIP systems
• Azure, Azure Active directory, Intune
• Microsoft 365
• SSO
• SSL Certificate Management
• Proficient knowledge of IT infrastructure concepts and principles
• Strong problem-solving skills
• ability to manage multiple projects and/or tasks

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
