We have a large gas station network with over 230 stations, of which more than 200 are open in Puerto Rico and St. Thomas. Most of the gas stations have a wide range of products and services, such as sale of gasoline, oils, auto care products, convenience stores, oil, and filter change areas, car wash area, and accepting the fleet card called “TotalEnergies PASS Card.” In addition, in the lubricants market, we have a wide range of products and services with ever-higher performance levels to extend the life of your equipment/auto and reduce fuel consumption. Our employees and customers are an integral part of our operation for its success.

The IT Specialist is going to work directly with the IT Manager and will be working with specific tasks, managing the day-to-day operations and support on projects. To support the IT department and the team, the IT Specialist will be working to meet the department milestones by:

Users:

• Attend all the calls received from the users and create a request in the It Job Task list.
• Give direct support to the users in the most common applications.
• Adding, removing, or updating user account information, resetting passwords in all of the systems; following the New Oxygen Support Architecture.

System / Security:

• Applying any operating system updates following the group's best practices.
• Monitor the Symantec Endpoint Protection Server (Antivirus Server...) to validate that all of the updates are properly assigned to all of the computers. Ensure that the Antivirus is working properly.
• Ensure that the Backup runs ok daily following the established procedures from the Total Group.

Others:

• Maintain the main image of the PC’s updated according to the Total Group procedures - Oxygen.
• Monitor the e-mail accounts on Office 365 to resolve any problem with it.
• Make and maintain a Full Inventory of all of the IT equipment.
• Review the “spare” PC’s and Laptops to discard the bad ones.
• Responsible to maintain the Toners and Supplies of the Photocopiers and printers including the distribution of them.

Makes any other compatible task that is assigned to him from the IT Manager.

To support our operation while performing the tasks mentioned above, the IT Specialist will be working in an environment that requires:

• Availability to support operations when needed.
• Job holder handles material and/or moderately complex equipment constantly, being its direct responsibility.
• Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
• Traveling frequency is required.
• Some lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; some stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling; and significant fine finger dexterity.

To support our operation while performing the tasks mentioned above, the IT Specialist will be working in an environment that requires:

• Provide support to the IT Manager, in order to maintain all the TotalEnergies Marketing Puerto Rico Corp. systems in an operational state.
