ABOUT THE SUPPORT ANALYST ROLE

This is an amazing time to join the Cotton On Group as we open our new distribution centre in Arlington, Texas in the coming months.

Commencing asap, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT professional to join our USA IT team as a Support Analyst. The role will see you supporting the team to deliver high quality, robust and reliable IT solutions for our US retail stores and DC.

You will use your subject matter expertise to contribute to solution delivery projects and recommend solutions options based on a “fix for good” mentality.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Relevant qualification in Information Technology
• Extensive experience in a helpdesk/support role
• Previous experience that demonstrates analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to show empathy when solving problems
• Possesses a logical mindset perhaps from a software development background
• Has held previous roles that require a high level of trust
