Full-time position of IT Support Specialist. This full-time position is 40 hours per week; evenings and weekend coverage may be required as needed by the department. Principal job duties include, but are not limited to:

Full-time position of IT Support Specialist. This full-time position is 40 hours per week; evenings and weekend coverage may be required as needed by the department. Principal job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Providing technical support, including but not limited to: account issues, accessing specific technology services, downloading and installing software, connecting personal devices to the Wi-Fi network.
- Providing technical support to staff, including but not limited to: account issues, accessing technology services, desktop software support, hardware troubleshooting, printing issues, office technology support.
- Assisting with installation and relocation of physical equipment around the company, including PCs, laptops, printers, network equipment, office technology, phone and conferencing hardware.
- Lifting and physically moving equipment.
- Assisting with creating and maintaining technical documentation, both for the Office of Information Technology, as well as user-facing training documentation.
- Assisting with maintaining hardware inventory listings.
- Using a help desk ticketing system to provide customer service to staff related to technology issues.
A Bachelor's Degree in a computer-related field or Bachelor's Degree with relevant technical certificates with a minimum of two years of experience working in the technology field is required.
