We are looking for an IT Technician to join our team! This is a technical role and will support in-house technology equipment and services, handling Tier 1 issues, and help with various projects.
This is a primarily onsite position located at the ACCESS PT Administrative Office in Campbell Hall, NY with limited remote work options. The position may require some travel to other ACCCESS PT offices (less than 20%). The position will be for Monday – Friday from 8am-4pm, with occasional Saturday hours. The pay rate is $17.00/hour.

Responsibilities:
- Handle Tier 1 tickets in ticketing system (timely response and follow-up)
- Properly escalate Tier 2 + tickets
- Answer phones & emails
- Install hardware & software
- Add and updating user accounts in various systems
- Support computers in a Windows 10 environment
- Support Microsoft 365 & Active Directory Hybrid environment
- Support cloud-based VoIP system and in-house VoIP equipment
- Support IT equipment including printers, scanners, credit card terminals, etc.
- Support various software including Microsoft Office, Teams, EMR software, etc.
- Create documentation for both IT and end users
- Help setup new locations with IT equipment
- Help with various IT projects supporting business goals
Qualifications:
- 1 to 2+ years of IT experience in a similar role
- Excellent customer service & communication skills
- Passion for IT and willingness to learn
- Familiarity with Active Directory
- Familiarity with Office 365 & Azure AD
- Network troubleshooting experience (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, Radius, etc.) is a plus
- Microsoft “Modern Office” experience (PowerAutomate, Lists, Planner, Teams etc.) is a plus
- Healthcare IT experience is a plus
- VoIP system experience is a plus
