Primary Responsibilities:

• Serve on a team as the primary technical resource to our business divisions for systems training development and delivery
• Work closely with the Business Analysts and Help Desk Support team to identify processes and activities within our software solutions that are good targets for training
• Work closely with our software platform subject matter expert’s to document proper interactions with the platforms by capturing process, screen captures and notes to then build training programs and training aids
• Organize and maintain training materials for the IT Team and manage the review, approval and publishing of training materials, courses, webinar or in-person classroom style led training.
• Consume and attend vendor supplied training for our “off the shelf” platforms to continually develop increasing knowledge of utilized platforms
• Organize and track all training planned, provided and attendee status metrics

Position Requirements:

• Have a passion for technology and helping others solve problems
• Naturally curious and a self-motivated learner
• Familiarity with Office 365 & Windows 10/11
• Familiarity/Prior experience with platforms like Adobe Captivate to capture/record product walk throughs is highly desirable
• Strong people and communication skills
• Comfortable presenting training in-person, via webinar or recording walk-through materials
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated commitment to continual improvement
• Adaptable to change
• Ability to multi-task
• High school diploma or equivalent
