Janitorial Assistant Supervisor Job at VHM ENTERPRISES, INC.
VHM Enterprises is looking for a person that has the ability to supervise and coordinate the activities of workers engaged in cleaning and maintaining premises of commercial, industrial, or other establishments such as offices, manufacturing plants and medical facilities.
- Maintains building cleanliness to company standards
- Train new and existing staff on proper cleaning techniques
- Quality control inspection on cleaning, floors, restrooms and trash removal.
- Manage employee issues in an efficient and timely manner
- Be able to cover couple buildings
- Submit daily reports
Work Hours:
Standard work hours are 11:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday thru Friday. Hours may vary depending on property inspections, emergency calls, meetings and other events.
Requirements:
- 2 years experience in the cleaning/janitorial field
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Be reliable and punctual for shift
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds at times
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and reach, bend, lift and pull
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen upon employment
