PLEASE READ ENTIRE REQUIREMENT

4SYT Industries is seeking part time cleaners Monday through Friday (or Saturday/Sunday). Cleaning window is ANYWHERE between 7am-9pm.

Positions are for Dover, New Castle, Wilmington, Camden-Wyoming, Delaware.

DMV - Delaware City|Office of the Chief Medical Examiner|

The duties include but are not limited to sanitizing restrooms, trash removal, general wiping of desks, sweeping/mopping, dusting, etc.

All applicants must have reliable transportation, cooperate in a state required background check and badging process and possess a positive attitude.

• Cleaning experience is a plus.
• We will provide initial standard cleaning training.
• We will provide all supplies.

OFFICE AREAS
* Wash trash bins, replace garbage bags, and empty trash cans as necessary.
* Vacuum mats and carpets
* Vacuum or sweep hard floor surfaces
* Disinfect horizontal surfaces with damp wipes
* Dust office equipment and furniture including chairs, desks, computers and tables (if applicable)
* Use damp mop to clean hard surface floors.
* Wipe doors and light switches to get rid of fingerprints and other marks.
* Clean glass doors and windows (interior 3x/year, exterior 2x/year)
* Spot clean walls and surfaces
* Clean the microwave, oven and refrigerator in the break rooms or kitchen (if applicable)

RESTROOMS
* Clean mirrors
* Replace hand towels, soap and toilet
* Replace garbage bags, empty trash cans and wash bins if needed
* Disinfect bathroom surfaces such as hand dryers, hand towel dispensers, doorhandles, counters and faucets
* Wipe and dust surfaces to get rid of fingerprints and dust
* Spot clean walls and get rid of splash marks
* Clean glass and windows
* Mop kitchen and bathroom floors
* Disinfect urinals and toilets.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
PPE will be worn at all times. Uniform will be a company issued shirt. Employees will wear khakis or black pants (not jeggings, leggings, yoga pants, etc.) Please wear closed toes shoes, (not sandals, not mules with heels out).
