Jewelry Studio Assistant Job at THATCH Jewelry
Fashion Jewelry brand looking for a studio assistant to assist with the following tasks, including but not limited to:
- Manage incoming and outgoing shipments
- Organize and manage product inventory levels
- Office supply inventory and placing reorders
- Quality control incoming products
- Packaging product for order fulfillment
- Calendar meetings, print agendas, and take notes
- Order fulfillment
- Customer service including fielding occasional phone calls
- Prepping and stocking retail
- Retail support
- Aide in cleaning, organizing, occasional errands etc.
We are looking for an individual who has the following skills and qualities:
- Highly organized
- Detail oriented
- Self sufficient
- Fast paced
- Quick learner
- Works well in a team environment
- Takes direction well
Our team is very small and we want someone to commit and grow with us. We all wear many hats so we need another team member to thrive in that type of environment where you can focus, work efficiently, and switch tasks as needed. It is vital that you possess the skills listed above and can handle a fast pace.
