Jockey Driver (Hourly, Non-Exempt)
$16.00-$19.00/hour Plus Benefits
The Jockey operates gasoline or diesel-powered tractor trailer combination bringing trailers to loading docks. The jockey is responsible to assist in moving and spotting equipment required to facilitate the needs of the warehouse in organizing and processing material for shipment or storage. Some of the responsibilities include trailer sanitization, moving equipment, conducting daily inspections notifying management of repairs, and performing preventive maintenance on machinery and tools. A CDL is required for this position.
PHYSICAL DEMAND
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands/fingers, reach with hands and arms; and talk and hear over loud noise. The employee is frequently required to sit, climb. The employee must be able to lift to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- Schedules: Must be willing to work all shifts to include nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be willing to work overtime when the workload dictates.

Day Shift: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm; Second Shift: 4:00 pm to 12:30 am (only at 2 buildings) with shift differential.
