In the Tool & Die Maker position, you’ll be building new fabrication dies as well as repairing and troubleshooting existing dies. It’s an important job at a place you can build a real career.

What this work looks like:

• Build and repair fabrication dies
• Troubleshoot existing dies
• Support Production Operations

Skills Needed:

• Positive and professional attitude
• Ability to work effectively on a team and independently
• Journeyman card and or 8 years of experience
• Be able to operate: Drill press, surface grinder, lathe, pencil grinder
• Ability to read a blueprint
• Work safely around sharp objects
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
• Operation of industrial trucks, aerial lifts, overhead cranes
• Available to work weekends and overtime as needed
• High school Diploma or GED
